OK, now i am absolutely confused... i have to add the hole url: with http://www.tattoo-freun.de/old/

i worked on webpages first time at 2001 and i never had to link inside a webspace with the hole url - i am so sorry to annoy you!!!

thanks for this wonderful program!

now i can test last functions i added (import and administration script for images with webinterface) but it seems to work like i wish, so now it comes the finetuning :whistle:

ok, i checked out that i have to upload the package in the root of webspace or i have to add the folder in the links in index.php – sorry now i added a subdomain for testing^^

but now comes the next problem – i only can see the download image “Get Adobe Flash Player”… i have installed the flash player 10, i have installed adobe flash cs4 also and it works on local system – i am confused

Are the image locations relative or absolute? If they are relative, check that the path is correct. If your not sure then put it absolute and if that works then the path was not correct relative.

i have uploaded the hole unzipped package in a test folder on the webspace and at the moment the images not changed so the original images still in the images folder like the coverflow package – so all files are on same server

If the images are hosted on another server than the server hosting the images has to have a crossdomain.xml file. There have been lots of comments on this coverflow where we talked about this so look through the comments if this is the situation.

Hi.
First of all… Thanks for your work!

But i have a problem and cant find a reason for this – if i open index.html the coverflow is showing and all seems to work, but if i upload this to the webspace, i cant see anything?! i installed flashplayer 10 several times but no help, i tried to open the site with different browsers but every time the same
is there a requirement for the webspace to bring it to work?

Hi. This cover flow looks, and operates great.

I was hoping you may be willing to give me a tip with an edit I have. I need to add a navigation under the coverflow. I am using 7 covers. There will be 7 buttons placed under the coverflow, and when someone hovers over a button, the cover flow jumps/animates to the corresponding cover. Do you have any guidance you can offer me?

Hi, First of all thank you very much. Its really looks great. I have downloaded the two versions of Coverflow. In the latest version(Flash Player10), when i load different sized images, the image is displaying in its actual size itself. But in the earlier version(CS3), the resizing of images works well. Issue that i found with earlier version is when less than 6 images are loading, the first image is not displaying. How can i solve this problem?

you've made a great a job!!

Just one like bug: you added the functionality to be able to config form _level0 the xml path but you forgot to parametrize the request:

Coverflow.as
Line 236: coverflowXMLLoader.load(new URLRequest("xml/data.xml"));

Anyway... great job!!

after a long strugle.. i found the solution..

//align the X and Y of Coverflow.
coverflow.x = (stage.stageWidth / 2) - (coverflow.width / 2);

we have to update perspective projection point.. the view port of the 3D dynamicall..

coverflow.x=(stage.stageWidth / 2) – (coverflow.width / 2);
you may try this in your code and take a look..

Still i am not getting to it that why its not working. it should but its not..

You can either use my document class as a normal class and call it in your document class or you can simply take the code in my document class and call it in your document class.

Find the width of the object (in this case the coverflow) and then put this into your resizeMe:

(stage.stageWidth/2) – (coverflow.width/2).

That should center it. Make sure it has a reference to the stage.
