Amazon’s shipping and fulfilment methods are generally reliable. However, customers may have issues receiving their parcels.
Amazon customers should contact customer service immediately if the order status shows “delivered” and they still have not received the package. Customers are advised to verify their tracking information for delays if an order status remains in “Shipped”.
It is recommended that customers who order after their estimated arrival date haven’t received it yet do the following:

Can I File a Claim if my Amazon Package Never Arrived?
Amazon gives customers the option to use their claim procedure if a package is not delivered on time or does not show up.
Amazon’s guarantee from A to Z is available for claims. To be eligible to file a claim under the A-Z Guarantee, however, customers need to complete the following:
This item was not delivered within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date or three business days.
The parcel arrived damaged, defective, or completely different from what you had ordered.
Amazon didn’t refund you when you returned the package.
An international return is possible, provided that the seller provides an address and a shipping label.
You were charged more because the seller incorrectly calculated shipping/customs costs.
If your package has yet to arrive, you can make an A to Z claim based on the first qualifier listed. Customers can file a claim up to 90 calendar days after the delivery date to get help.
To file a claim, log in to your account. Choose the order for which you want to file a claim, then select File/View Claim.
What If my Package Status Says “Delivered” But I Never Got It?
Amazon asks customers to wait 48 hours until they contact customer service if their package status shows “Delivered”, even though they have not yet received their order. Sometimes, the delivery status may be updated too early.
If your package hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, you can contact Amazon via the 1-800 number.
Amazon’s customer care number is 1-877-586-3230. This number customers are encouraged to dial first because they will be able to speak with someone live.
Amazon customer reps are also authorized to provide instant messenger customer service agent assistance. They will be able help you locate your missing package more easily.
How can I ask for a refund on an Amazon parcel that never arrived?
Customer may request a full refund of a damaged package by doing the following:
