Nimble created a Chrome plugin that automatically populates live profiles for any company, person, or webpage. This profile can then be imported to Nimble with a single click. Although your Facebook messages won't be synchronized to Nimble, it is a handy widget.
You can keep track of all your activities and tasks on Your Activities page. This information is also available in Google Calendar. When you create a task from this page, you can assign it to yourself or a team member, add tags, link it to deals, and relate it to a particular contact so that the task will show on the contact's information page.
Click the Deals tab to create new deals. Nimble provides customizable stages, pipelines and allows users to drag and dropped deals from one stage onto the next. Each deal can be related to a specific contact or company, and you can even enter the probability of win or loss. You can also generate reports from the deals in the system. Links are provided for deal history, forecasts, as well as a dashboard showing you all current deals.
Nimble is not about leads but the communications that take place around them. Nimble lets you remind yourself to reach out to leads regularly when they have been contacted. Viewing a contact will allow you to view when, what channel and the most recent social media updates. Contact them via any of the social media and email addresses you may have.
Reporting, Third-Party Integration and Nimble helps businesses to make use of every opportunity available through email and social media. It keeps all of your communication with the same person at one location, no matter what platform they were sent from. This software allows me to see the messages I have sent from Twitter and Google+. Facebook doesn't allow contact and message syncs, as we mentioned. Nimble does not offer the same reporting tools as Salesforce.com Salesforce.com Cloud. (Visit Site At Salesforce.com). Nimble has its own app marketplace where over 40 software integration options are available. Mobile apps for Android and iPhone are available from Nimble. Phone, lets you manage your contacts on the go. The contact list can be quickly viewed by clicking on the icons. It's easy to update or add notes and email anyone from the database via the links in the contact card.

Interface and Ease of Use
Nimble's CRM software is relatively easy to learn. Users who have never used CRM software before will find the interface web-based to be intuitive and easy to use.
The only UX gripe I have with Nimble's interface it is that it is not 'responsive', meaning that it won't resize itself automatically to suit mobile and tablet devices.
While I find it hard to believe that anyone would use CRM software on a mobile device, there are some users who may feel frustrated at the lack of responsiveness.
Both the i. OS app and the Android apps provide key Nimble functionality, which is a plus. Of these, the i. OS app has received better user reviews (4.5 stars out of 5 to Android users' 3.3).

From my point of view, Nimble is somewhat misunderstood on the market. Nimble can be used to create a database and it is an excellent solution for Small-to Medium businesses. But the true power of Nimble lies in its prospecting and enrichment capabilities. These enable you to discover additional information in your key business platforms, such as Billing Sales Marketing Customer Support. Nimble has no issues with us in the way it is integrated with Salesforce and Google.
